Meet the Team behind Framework
Design & Construction Ltd

Tim Bevington – Managing Director

Tim is a highly experienced project manager and director of sales and marketing, with a wealth of experience over an 18 year career. Tim’s work focus has ranged mainly between construction planning and management, and the development of his Sales and Marketing skills in a variety of posts. His skillset and experience made him the obvious choice to head up our new company, utilising his flair and drive to meet our financial targets and push the company forward.

Before joining Framework, Tim managed a local construction and engineering company, working alongside some of the South’s leading contractors on projects ranging  from a total worth of several thousands of pounds, to well into seven figures. In a previous high-level role, Tim also worked with “High Net Worth” individuals from UAE, Europe and UK businesses, to create awareness of major projects and to win major project funding and tenders across a range of industries. His senior management experience has included acting as lead PM, and reviewing and developing various schemes and projects from initial inception with contractors and clients, through to the final completion and occupation.

Chris Bevington – Production Director

Chris has had over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, following his long training and subsequent activity in the Midlands-based engineering industry. He has huge experience in building and hands-on construction, in both traditional, steel and woodframe projects for the Domestic and Agricultural markets, including project management in several large projects. Chris has worked on projects for a wide variety of clients, in both the UK and Europe; his biggest claim to fame, however, is his involvement during the 80’s as Project Manager for a well-known UK Heavy metal band.
His hearing has never recovered.

Brian Giddings – Chairman

Brian served his engineering apprenticeship at De Havilland Aircraft Co. Ltd., of Hatfield (he denies absolutely that he only worked on biplanes). In a varied, 50-year career, his most important (and final) project before officially retiring was leading, as Managing Director, the full MBO of a specialist engineering fastenings manufacturer based in Bournemouth. He is a long-term close friend of the core Framework team, and has now brought his very wide management experience into our company, guiding the team and managing the day-to-day operations. And, perhaps most importantly; as a major Investor, he also holds the watching brief on all financial matters.

Kelly Stroud – Office Manager

Kelly is a recent addition to our team. A fantastic background as PA within the construction and motoring industry at board level management. She has a history of working in Health & Safety and marketing. She is going to be a valuable asset as part of the Framework team. She has a daunting role to manage the guys in the office and whip them into shape to increase the company’s coordination and efficiency.

Aaron Launder – Fabricator

Aaron has been fabricating steel for over fifteen years. Working in the industry mainly with structural steel, but has built staircases and railings.

Aaron is a highly skilled welder fabricator. His knowledge of the industry is exceptional and makes him an integral part of the Framework Team. He has worked with us since we started and keeps the workshop running efficiently and all the work going out the door is checked for accuracy and quality.

Connor Carpenter – Office Junior

Connor is our newest member of the team.

He has joined the team to help with our growing business. He is being thrown in at the deep end, learning to become a project manager and also helping with our design work requirements for our clients.
